ADVENT
Today is the First Sunday of Advent. Each Sunday in Advent we will light a different candle to prepare us for the coming of the Christ Child at Christmas. Today we will light the Candle of HOPE.
VOLUNTEER DAY: Cleaning Up & Christmas Decorating: The decorations look beautiful. Thank you to all who helped prepare the Church for Christmas with winter cleanup, and the decorating the Sanctuary.
COMMUNION OFFERING: Today is Communion Sunday, and a special offering will be taken for Missions. Please place your donation in the plate as you come up to communion.
CHRISTMAS CHORAL ENSEMBLE: Please join the Chorus for youth and adults to make a joyful noise unto the Lord this Christmas. Rehearsal will be today after fellowship.
CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE:
– Christmas Sunday and Christmas Pageant, Sunday, Dec. 22, 10:30am, followed by Christmas Luncheon. Church will supply the ham, please bring a favorite dish to share.
– Christmas Eve Candlelight Service with the Special Christmas Music: Tuesday, Dec. 24, 6:30pm
