CONNECTION GROUP FELLOWSHIP: Today is Connection Group fellowship – please sit with your Connection Group. This is a good time to connect in smaller groups to share how we apply God’s word in our life, celebrate joys with one another, and pray about our concerns in our life and faith journey.
CHURCH CONFERENCE will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 from 8:45-10:30am at Morrow Memorial UMC, Maplewood.
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME: Please remember to turn your clocks back one hour this Saturday, Nov. 2 as Daylight Savings Time ends.
COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY: The St. James Community Food Pantry is in need of items for Thanksgiving dinner. There are about 200 families in need this year. You can help by donating stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, corn, string beans and canned yams, or any non-perishable food item are greatly appreciated. Please bring in items and place them in food box by door.
CHRISTMAS SHOE BOXES: Operation Christmas Child – shoe boxes are on the front pews. Please fill a box with items for children in need for Christmas. Boxes are due back on Nov. 10. Any questions, please see Janet Ciravolo.
MERCY DONATIONS: Please remember that everyone can work together, both adults and children, to help the needy with your donation in the boxes located at both entrances.
