SUNDAY SCHOOL : For the summer there are informal classes and activities for the children.  Volunteers are needed,  please contact Jay at 732-272-4156. Welcome back  to Sunday School and Church Picnic is scheduled for Sunday,  September 21.   

 REMEMBRANCE OF 9/11: the Mayor, Woodbridge Township First Response, and Interfaith Clergy Council, will host: “A Township Remembers: 9/11 Remembrance Service and Salute to the First Response Community” on  Thurs., Sept.11, 2025 at    6:00 PM at the stage located behind the Woodbridge High School.

PATHWAY BRIDGES: Sunday, Sept. 28. A Representative from  Pathway Bridges will be coming to the church to help prepare us to build a stronger faith community through better listening, communicating -help us to become better story tellers, and welcoming skills.

Saint James Street Fair: Sat., Sept. 20. Volunteers needed, and donations of water, juice, snack bags, Bibles, and Christian books. Please see Debbie.

CHURCH PICNIC: The Church Picnic will be held on Sunday, September 21.  Please see Janet for food items needed.

WALK TO EMMAUS: The Walk to Emmaus Retreat is a powerfully, transformative retreat  experience focused on the love of God!  Please speak with  Pastor Eusun. Cost $350        Men’s Walk: Oct 16-19             Women’s Walk: Oct. 23-26

ANOINTING Going in for a procedure? Need healing prayers? Please share during “Koinonia” for laying-on-of-hands and anointing with oil.

SAFE SANCTUARY: to provide a safe environment for all children, the side door will be locked on Sunday at 10:45am, if arriving later, please use the front doors.     During fellowship, the kitchen door will be open if you  need to re-enter.

FACEBOOK/SOCIAL MEDIA:  Our Facebook page is an important outreach tool that can help connect us as well as reach out to potential visitors. Please be sure to like” our page and pictures. https://www.facebook.com/WoodbridgeUMC

JAMES FOOD PANTRY: Please be sure to add a non-perishable item each time you go food shopping (can of soup, mac-n-cheese, etc.). The collection box is located by the hallway exit. Monetary donations also excepted. Saint James sent a thank you for our donation check for $370 that was sent to the food pantry.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS: The first Sunday of each month during the announcements we will celebrate all the birthdays for that month. Please add your name to the list in the hallway. Today we will celebrate our September birthdays.
