COMMUNION SUNDAY
SUNDAY SCHOOL: During the summer there will be an informal class and activities for the children. We look forward to seeing everyone in September with a Welcome back and Church Picnic, scheduled for Sunday, September 22.
WALK TO EMMAUS: This is a 3-day spiritual retreat and renewal held at Sacred Heart Retreat Center, Newton, NJ. Men-Oct. 3-6; Women-Oct. 17-20, cost is $350. See Pastor Kim for info

OUR NEW BISHOP: We welcome our new Bishop. Bishop Cynthia Moore-Koikoi has been assigned to serve Pennsylvania and Greater New Jersey effective September 1, 2024 following the retirement of Bishop John Schol.
REMEMBRANCE OF 9/11: the Mayor, Woodbridge Township First Response, and Interfaith Clergy Council, will host: “A Township Remembers: A 9/11 Remembrance Service and Salute to the First Response Community” on Wed., Sept.11, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
SAINT JAMES STREET FAIR: Sat., Sept. 21. Volunteers needed, and donations of water, juice, snack bags, Bibles, and Christian books. Please see Debbie.
ANOINTING: Going in for a procedure? Need healing prayers? Please share during “Koinonia” for laying-on-of-hands and anointing with oil at the end.
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS: The first Sunday of each month during the announcements we will celebrate all the birthdays for that month. Please add your name to the list in the hallway. Next Sunday we will celebrate September birthdays during announcements.
